Hey there! I’m Allie Fulton.
Nutritional Therapy + Innate Bioenergetic Practitioner, lifelong learner, Jesus lover, mother, wife, and Aussie mom living in the Hill Country just outside of Austin, Texas. What is my goal here? To hold space for you to be heard + simplify healing. To help you feel better+ restore balance by reflecting to you what is stressing your body and provide the specific support your body is asking for.
I teach women who are feeling burnt out, overwhelmed, and unwell to nourish their bodies and live more in alignment with nature, thereby improving their resiliency to stress. I’m my partnership with clients, we work together to identify and address imbalances and root causes of those imbalances so improvements in metabolic health, ease in digestive symptoms, and a return of vitality are achieved. We accomplish this together primarily through the use of symptom evaluation and bioenergetic testing, functional nutrition, and foundational lifestyle practices. We also utilize other functional testing to really target the right supports if needed bioindividually for you (however, I have found bioenergetic testing has really cut down for the need of other testing in most cases).
I also work with men, and can help with symptoms such as digestive issues, blood sugar dysregulation, struggling metabolism, hormone imbalances, drainage + detoxification, immune challenges + chronic illness, cholesterol + blood pressure concerns, PMS symptoms, cycle irregularities, and more.
